Shipping Cost

Australian Orders

The shipping cost is calculated based on the number and weight of items in your order. Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.

All Australian orders will be shipped by Australia Post and typically arrive within five (5) working days from dispatch (depending on location), but please note that delays such as due to weather events or peak periods may occur and are outside of our control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International Orders

International orders will usually be shipped by Australia Post. Delivery can take up to four (4) weeks from dispatch (depending on location). Timing is also dependent upon circumstances such as customs that are beyond our control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you would like specific information about delivery to your country, please contact us before you place an order.

Taxes and Duties on International Orders

For orders shipped to an address in the United States, the tariff cost will be collected during checkout and added to your total along with the shipping cost. You will not need to pay any additional costs to receive your parcel.

For international orders shipped to all other countries, your country may charge additional import duties, taxes, VAT or fees. We do not collect these costs during checkout and if applicable, you will need to pay them before your parcel is delivered. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case you will be liable for any costs incurred. Please check your country’s own customs information for further detail about what charges may apply.

General Information

Kobe the Pyr and Kotes by Kobe will process all orders for shipping within four (4) Business Days as determined by Australian Eastern Standard Time (“Business Day”), unless otherwise specified such as for made-to-order and handknit products. Shipments received over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed within the next four (4) Business Days. If the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified within two (2) Business Days.

We pack and process your order as quickly as we can. If you find that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, contact us ASAP at ko**@*************om.au along with your order number and correct address as we only have a short amount of time to change or cancel an order.
In the unfortunate circumstance that the product you are seeking to order is out of stock, we will contact you within two (2) Business Days to let you know.

Delivery charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
